This bookmarklet will allow you delete any cookies stored on your browser (good for anonymous web browsing). Cookies are small files which are stored on a user’s computer. They are designed to hold a modest amount of data specific to a particular client and website, and can be accessed either by the web server or the client computer. Some companies like Facebook use tracking cookies these track your browsing habits to target adverts and are an invasion of privacy. This bookmarklet is for deleting specific cookies from your browser, when clicked the bookmarklet will show a list of cookies (if any exist). Select cookies to delete and they will be deleted, you can if you wish run the bookmarklet again to confirm that they have been deleted (list should be empty). It is however still possible to pick up more cookies, so run every so often to manage them.
Note: If you delete or edit cookies on your computer, some websites may require you to re-enter the information which was previously stored in their cookies.
