URL Shortening Bookmarklet

This bookmarklet will allow you to get a shortened URL from the webpage you are visiting.

To install

• – Drag the green button below to the bookmarks toolbar
• * For mobile please see these links Chrome on iOS, Chrome on Android, Safari on iOS

To Use

• – Click the bookmark button on a webpage that you want to link
• – Copy and paste your shortened link from the dialog

The URL shortener tool uses google’s shortener service to shorten the URL, it doesn’t result in decreased SEO (see google’s youtube explanation here)
